Monroe Village Court seeks one (1) qualified candidate for a part time position on our Court Officer staff.

The candidate will join our three (3) other existing Court Officers in handling court security during court proceedings and events. The successful candidate must have prior law enforcement or closely similar experience, a full carry firearm license (HR-218), no prior criminal history, and be able to qualify annually at an approved range.

Outside employment is permitted, so long as it does not create any conflicts of interest or interfere with the Court’s operations. All candidates subject to background check.

The Village of Monroe is seeking to fill two (2) seasonal, full-time positions of Laborer working with the Public Works Department beginning April 2024 at the hourly rate of $20.00 per hour.

Candidates
Candidates must possess a valid Driver’s License and be capable of performing varied types of manual and unskilled laboring work.
