Reilly Road, Monroe, NY 10950, TM #41-1-22.22 by eminent domain. The property is located adjacent to the Village reservoir and would provide additional protections to the Village water reservoir. This decision is limited to whether the Village should start the eminent domain process by scheduling a public hearing and commencing the environmental review process.
